Acme Gothic Light.

It is a commercial typeface, so not available for free. If you don’t have a license for Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Adobe Fonts, you can also buy this single weight from the designer himself for $35.99.

As for “free for personal use” typefaces, the Google web font Arsenal (if you artificially condense it) would be a decent substitute, as would Times Sans Serif, Oliver, Ogirema, and Kiyana.

I obviously wasn’t paying attention to the links in my original post (posted the Adobe Fonts link twice, left out the Arsenal link). The second Acme Gothic link should have been this.
