1940s radio font ?

I saw this font and love it.  I'm assuming it is an art deco font.  I've been searching the net for this font on this wiki page, on the image of Keller letterhead that says Keller motors cooperation.  I can not find out what it is.  please help.  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keller_(automobile)

Ralf is correct, it is hand-lettered -- and not correctly either. The /M is backwards and very badly drawn.
