I first saw this picture here http://fav.me/d9owy3v It is a fan art. I asked the person who used it for the font's name, but they said to me; they couldn't find it. I have tried to rewrite the font using the pen tool in Photoshop so I have couple of PSD files of the layers. I've been looking for this font since last month and I am about to lose it. 

Not a perfect match, but perhaps Geotica could work as a substitute.
