Looking for a font similar to what is used in this logo. (FCA Gems)

I am looking for the font used to create this logo or a similar font that looks like the letters in this logo.  Specifically, I want the A's and S's  and M's to look similar to the ones in this font.  I started looking page by page thru fonts for something that would work but after 100 pages of fonts, I gave up.  I hope you font experts can help.  TIA, Jodi
