I attach some screenshots of the book. Firstly, I thought it was Times New Roman (except for ''v'' in math mode), but italic v and r... humm I don't know. Some identifiers suggest me Minion Pro and also Mysl, but in italics both seem very different.

I haven't got any original pdf. Book is in djvu on the internet, and I have converted it.
