I am looking for the "THE WARNING" font to use with an image I created.  It's a cool font and I can not find it.  Free or commercial is fine.

Sorry, but I can't find any evidence that what you posted is a typeface.

Given the way it fits together, the fact that it is actually the logo of a three-woman rock band from Monterey, Mexico, and the fact that the two Ns don’t match one another, I'd say it’s hand-lettered, not typeset.

Forked Tongue is vaguely similar, as is Jackpot.
