Someone could help me finding this font's name? The one of the month's names and the numbers? Unfortunately is the only image I have.

Seems like everyone on the planet (this is an exaggeration!!!) has had a go at creating their own particular handwritten typeface. Suggest you look at this website: https://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=603 there are literally hundreds of pages of variations of what your looking for.

Judging from the photo you sent it looks like your looking for 2 typefaces: 1 for the calendar itself, numbers and date, and one different for the months.
