I am interested in either a commercial one or free copy, or would appreciate any help in finding a similar font from programs on the PC, such as Word or if anyone has any other suggestions, please.

It's called "Keep On Truckin" based upon the work of Bob Crumb and is a free font from here: https://www.ffonts.net/Keep-on-Truckin.font?text=POY
