This looks familiar to me but I have not been able to track down what it is through the identification sites. Slightly similar to Pacifico but chunkier and more upright.  I came across the image in a Google search while looking for a script font.  The image is linked to a blog: https://theagsc.com/blog/interviews/the-agsc-interviews-drew-melton/

It is a piece of lettering by the designer interviewed in the same blog post. Not a font.
