I looking for the font of this Manchester City Champions 17/18 banner.
I'm interested in the brush font in this banner.

Not finding a close match to it anywhere.

Given that the repeating letters in Premier and League don't match one another (the four |E|s), I'd call all of the type in these images hand lettered, not typeset. Look, too, at the differences between the two 17/18 sections on the top and bottom images.
