Banner hangs on a seawall at party lake. Bold script and italic. Looking for either spot on or alternative.

Sorry, not finding a close match. Without being able to see the rest of the banner, I can only guess that it is hand letttered/painted.

 

Vaguely resembles Bickham Script (save for the k), but your sample is less refined:
