This is a famous DCFD logo. I tried to find this but unable to identify this font. Please help to identify font name in attached image.

While it may bear some slight similarity to a type of the era, it is a monogram as shown here. The only way to come up with a complete alphabet, even for identification purposes, would be to have a complete monogram set, and that would not have a lowercase, numbers, punctuation, etc.
