I agree with Ralf, Text Regular is very similar in many respects. Looks to me like someone customised it for the magazine. My copy of Text Regular is credited as designed by Gareth Hague. You might want to contact him and see if he custom designed something similar for your brand magazine.

Thank you so much for the help! This has Gareth Hague's style on it for sure. And I found out that this magazine's designs were done by Phillip Lim who has worked often with Hague...
