Rounded bold upright non-connected script / must be digital

Hello everyone,

Does anyone recognize this font style? This artwork was recently created digitally, but only as bitmap. (The Frutiger used on the artwork is cropped out).
I tried WhatTheFont on MyFonts and also the Find my Font program, and neither had a match. No luck with Identifont either. I looked through Sudtipos, TypeSETit, and Laura Worthington’s libraries, as it reminds me of those, but didn’t find it.
