You can‘t. It‘s the whole point of custom typefaces.

There could be similar typefaces available, but similarity is in the eye of the beholder.

The closest commercial typeface is probably Hurme Geometric Sans no4 available in 14 different weights from myfonts. I suspect "Altice" is originally based upon Hurme.
