I'm doing t-shirts for a band and this is their logo. They have no idea what the font is, but are pretty adamant about using it.  I grabbed this off of BandsInTown.com.  It looks so familiar to me, but darned if I can come up with the name.  Thanks, everybody!

Helvetica Inserat, Impact, Helvetica Bold Condensed or Swiss 911 compressed, something there is gonna work, then a bit of scratch work for the distressed look! Bingo!!!

Or spend hours searching for a distressed free font on www.daFont.com and find something exact.
