Looking for the font on this chamber of commerce plaque from the 90's

I'm just looking for the font used for the words "CHAMBER of COMMERCE".  I need to update the design and they want to use the same font for the name of the area.  This has been a common font for many years, I just can't seem to find it.

This looks like a rounded/uneven version of Lydian Bold Condensed. Lydia by Colophon is a digital interpretation.

Probably the result of years of copies of copies of a long lost original.
