Looking for this font on a coffee shop window (Konditoria)

Hi!

Saw a cafe in my new city and thought the font was beautiful for a project of mine. Couldn't find it in my Adobe font library.

The owner has no idea what font it is, but the cafe was established in the late 90's. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
