I have been looking at Neue Haas/Akzidenz/Nimbus etc, but it does seem to be the exact font considering the "A" and width of the "M" in "ZMA".

Have you looked at Adrian Frutiger's Univers family?

Helvetica Neue Condensed Extra Black Oblique for “JOINT SUPPORT,” perhaps Black Extended Oblique for “ZMA,” though hard to be absolutely sure given the distortion.
