It looks like two separate fonts but hard for me to tell.  Looking for the names of the fonts for the "Bates Elementary School" portion and the "Music" portion.  Bonus points if you can tell me if the font was used in all caps or if that is the format of the font itself.  Thank you!

It is all the same typeface, but "Bates Elementary School" is written using fake small caps and squished to death.
