Trying to identify type used in CSS Group logo in current use

Featured Replies

I have been asked to replicate this logo from an embroidered shirt and need to identify the typeface. Its currently in use but the company have no online presence at the moment. Any thoughts on the closest free type would be very gratefully received.

Thanks

Keeping in mind what Kevin already said, "CSS" could perhaps be approximated stretching Verdana, while "Group" has similarities with Franklin Gothic and its relatives.

Neither typeface is "free", but they can be found already bundled with most operating systems.
