From what I can gather from the links you provide, there isn’t a “font designed by Ueno”, rather a custom logo, and the choice of an existing typeface (Christian Schwartz’s Graphik).

Zero’s website uses Eina, which lacks the distinctive joint on |r| and has a different |e|.

A geometric sans serif that could be considered vaguely similar is Triomphe.
