Your sample seem to fall into the category of legal documents (passports, certificates, receipts, court papers and so on.) There might be perfectly good reasons to ask for a font identification, but there is also always the danger of supporting forgeries through our help. Therefore we kindly ask you to explain in more detail why you need an identification of these fonts. 

Oh, thank you for asking Ralf, currently my friend has reached 200 subscribers a week before their birthday, so I was going to present a similar style letter to go with a custom made plaque which I have made for their birthday which I thought would be thoughtful to encourage them on their YouTubing journey.

 

Please see as attachments below, this is the plaque that I am getting custom made. The letter and signature won't be used, just the body of  the text :)
