Trying to recreate 50 year old logo (Harper/Huddleston)

My client had this logo created over 50 years ago and this is the only file that they have.

If anyone can help me identify the text at the base of the font, that would be greatly appreciated. Or, at the very least, a comparable one that I can edit in vector to recreate.

Thank you!

I agree on the design completely; would never use it myself - thank you for the font, though! This will work perfectly with a little editing 😉
