I'm hoping to identify both fonts used for this logo from the 1997 concert presentation of the Alan Menken musical King David. Thank you for your help.

Papyrus, the ex Avatar font too, for King David.

 

 

Is anyone able to identify the font on top as well? Thanks for any additional help.

It might help to first say ‘thank you’ for the free help already received.

Also a better sample would be needed.

I know the quality isn't too great. I apologize. This is the best I could manage. I feel like the ampersand should give it away but I just don't recognize it.
