I am looking for the font for the Espoo music and dance school Estrada that is written in smaller letters. 

Does anyone know what font is this?

I can’t find a match. It’s possible it’s custom(ised) just for the logo (on their website they use Questrial, although, among free web fonts, Poppins would probably serve them better, in my opinion).

For a geometric sans with a somewhat quirky |K|, you could check Caros:

Quirky |K|, yes, but not geometric enough overall (look at the |O|, for example).

Another option would be Houschka Alt, using the alternates for |K| and |M| (still wrong |S|, alas).

It appears to be Governor, by Riley Cran.
