Metal
Been searching a long time (pun intended) for these. Any help greatly appreciated. Looking for just the numbers. Circa 1920's print. The "4" is key. Link to comment
Solution Ralf Herrmann Posted April 13, 2019 Solution Share Posted April 13, 2019 Not a font. It’s lettering. Link to comment
Metal
It's used on many modern timepieces as well so there must be a FONT that is available that's close. Would someone have a direction to take. Thank you again for any and all help. Link to comment
Ralf Herrmann
It’s very unique. I doubt any font comes close. What are you trying to do with the font? It shouldn’t be hard to vectorize the letters from a hi-res image for designers specializing in type or lettering/calligraphy. Link to comment
Kevin Thompson
Metal, I have to concur with Ralf—even if it is being used on modern timepieces, it is a reproduction of hand lettering, not a typeface. Not every piece of type you see is a font. Vaguely similar: Pismo Clambake NF Playfair Display Black Italic Greyton Script (you’d have to fill it in) Aparo Link to comment
Metal
Thank you gentlemen for the valuable time and insight. Just need the numbers for input to Solidworks with the ability to scale. Please feel free to DM if someone can administer. Link to comment
