Looking for the name of the Greek font in an Elsevier paper

Hello,

I'd like to know the name of the Greek font that is used in Elsevier papers. Here is a link to an open access paper from which I took the images below (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.electacta.2019.03.033). I need the name for a research paper (to be written in LaTeX).

It’s (based on) Gulliver, just like the rest of the text. http://www.gerardunger.com/pdf/gulliver.pdf

But I don’t think this font is available for licensing at this time.
