Font from Thomas Racing

Featured Replies

I have a customer that wants me to create a logo for them and these are the fonts they want me to use. Doesn’t anyone know what these fonts are? Any help will be greatly appreciate it!

Thanks!

DAVE THOMAS is just an artificially skewed setting of Impact. Dieter Steffmann has a knockoff that includes the outline called Billboard College, but his site is only available via archive.org at the moment.

The script is annoyingly familiar, but no luck matching it yet.

Thanks Kevin! I’ll will look that up. As far the script, I’ve found out that it’s from the Pontiac Racing logo. Don’t know the font name though. Thanks again for your help!

That probably means that it’s custom lettering and not a typeface.

You can easily find it in vector format, if all you need to spell in “Racing”, but I’m not sure about the legal aspects of doing so.
