I need to find a similar font to this one used for a Greek restaurant called Suvlaki in London. Ideally one with greek characters and / or drop shadow. Can any one suggest a good match or know some good greek style fonts?

The typeface in your sample seems to be a modified Canter Bold 3D.

As for some “good greek style fonts”, I would start from Greek foundries like Parachute or Backpackers. There also is the Greek Font Society, but their typefaces, however historically interesting, tend to be of a less than consistent quality.
