I am looking to identify this font or something similar. It was sent to me as a screenshot from a customer. Not sure of the source.

I see there two different “A”, two different “B” and three different “M”. It could be a font with three alternates but I doubt it, probably “hand made”.

It reminds me some of the kind of writing in the comic balloons, not very similar and not so condensed but check this one for example.

Agreed (or at least it has been badly reproduced).

I didn’t find a strong match, but there are plenty of typefaces with the same “feel”. Some examples:

• Stick-A-Round;
• Desert Road;
• Ventura Edding;
• Touch Tone Medium (use |l| for |I|);
• Finch Bold (choosing the best fit among the various “Frame” variants);
• Glowing Sunday;
• Prahaha;
• Patrick Hand (+ Small Caps);
• Just Another Hand;
• Amatic Bold.
