Is anyone able to identify all three of the typefaces in the back of this tee? 

Particularly the blue font!

The top-heavy sans serif is Wedge Gothic.

FREAKNIK ’96 appears to be Apache.  I’ve also found it under the names Jester (origin unknown), Cochise (Brendal) and Toledo (Altsys), but the two foundries named are known for “borrowing” designs and marketing them under different names.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA is Helvetica Bold/Helvetica Bold Condensed (hard to be sure given the angle and distortion).
