Architectural lettering, not a typeface.

For a similar effect you would need an early twentieth century looking geometric sans with old style figures, and probably use a dotless i (|ı|) for the |1| (and, depending on the design, perhaps also an |o| for the |0|).

Examples may include Telefon, Hurme Geometric Sans 1&2, and, of course, Futura:
