Looking for the font of the title of a Japanese magazine, Popeye

Featured Replies

Second image is from someone who I guess imitated the first one.

I would appreciate it much if you identify any of these fonts.

I did not find a match. I suspect it is lettering, or a custom typeface from a Japanese designer (also because the highlights are placed in the opposite direction from what is typical in western typefaces).

Here are a few typefaces that share some features with the samples:

Update: someone has created a font inspired by the POPEYE logotype called City Boy TM https://pixelsurplus.com/products/city-boy-tm?variant=43096220860463
