Can anyone tell me what this font is? Found it on the web but I've seen it in print too.

Tried inspecting the code but can only see the text styled as 'sans serif'

Which is probably the best option. I checked out the name table in the font file and it is completely wiped of information. Maybe some custom work?

It looks to me as if someone has taken a Times Roman font and changed it to their own look.
