do you know any alternative, free font looking similar to  "Aire Bold Pro"? 

i have searched the web without results so i hope you can give me advice.

Unfortunately I can't find a similar one. I also did my research at Google fonts. It seems there is no free and similar alternative font. : /

Similarity is in the eye of the beholder 

Other options:

• Butler UltraLight
• Foglihten №07
• Cormorant Light/Upright Light

That said, Aire Bold Std is just $16.99 ($25.49 if you also need the webfont).
