I'm trying to recreate the Stars Hollow Video logo (attached). Please can someone suggest any fonts I could use for the word 'Video'?

Not a specific one I know of.

To better reproduce the sign, I think your best option is to find a rounded geometric sans (like some version of VAG Rounded) and add the highlights yourself.
