Can someone identify the font used in the word "Oldfather"?

If an actual typeface served as the basis of this logotype—and that’s a big if—it’s been modified so much that an ID is next to impossible (to expand on what George Thomas already posted).

I could find no match to any of the individual letterforms.

Campanile, Onyx, and Romantica all bear a vague resemblance to your sample, and might be used to replicate the look (with a great deal of work).

Letterhead Fonts specializes in typefaces of this style, and would be another good source for something similar.
