As @Gecko pointed out, it is a custom typeface by James Edmonson. Apparently it is called "Ohno Reverse AC".

just need to find the roman version. Beautiful nonetheless.

Randy it looks like we're getting closer and closer. I have actually just written to James Edmondson at Ohno Type to ask him personally the name of the font. Will post his reply - if I get one!
