Seeking assistance with differentiation (?)

Featured Replies

Hello,

I’ve been fussing with how to set this list of items and would appreciate your feedback and/or alternative stylings.

This is a list of entries that will occupy a page on my portfolio website. The entries  include (my) role, publication title, and publisher.

Thank you for your time.

Corrected title

At first glance, it looks fine. But are the grey lines a list? Because there is no indication whatsoever where one entry ends and the next one starts. The last “Foundation” for example, could be a new entry or the end of the text on the previous line. That’s not ideal.

  • Author

Hi Ralf, thanks so much for taking the time to look at this.

Yes, the grey lines are the three participating publishers. Should I use punctuation to fix this?

Yes. If you set up as real HTML list, it should get a symbol automatically. Just like here:

  • Accounting
  • Financial Reporting
  • Foundation

This also continues to work fine when the visitor has a smaller screen and there will be line breaks.
