Has anyone heard of Primary Cheynes Font?

I'm working on a project, Adaptation of English Book for Primary school. And found this missing font from the package [PrimaryCheynesQatFour] it comes in Light and Regular Weight. I literally couldn't find any trace for it over the internet! Anyone knows about it? or where I can buy it from?

The foundry went out of business, and the font doesn’t seem to be available anymore.
