Looking for the creator of a font (Personal Regular)

Who made the font "Personal Regular"? I would like to know, tried researching myself but found nothing so far. Help is very much appreciated. All I know about it is that the font what invented

Sorry, the few databases that reference it contain no creator information.

 

If the date attached to the font file (5/26/93) is to be believed, it is old enough that the details of its creation may not be retrievable (it’s a TrueType font, and that format was only introduced in 1991). I found just one reference to it on the WhatTheFont forum from 17 years ago, and the responses weren’t any more enlightening.
