I don't understand why Zapf didn't use a stem on the right side of "U" in the roman version of Palatino or Aldus, when his titling designs and the italics do have them. I have modified Aldus BQ and Palatino BQ by taking the italic U of each and skewing them 9 degrees. See attached.
