Hi can someone tell me where I can find approved font for the Italian road signs ?

What do you want to do? I doubt the offical fonts are available to the public.

I have a road signing company and I have the characters inside a program called Composer and I would like to have these fonts in the other working PC that uses the Corel Draw X7 program

I’m afraid you will need to ask the software vendor, and even then, I’m not sure such fonts exist: it’s likely that they are in some CAD or even proprietary format, not the .ttf or .otf that can be handled by CorelDraw.
