MS Royalty?

Featured Replies

Aren't they owned by Corbis which is I think owned by Microsoft?

Yes Corbis was started by Bill Gates to acquire the digital rights to artwork and photographs so he could use them on panels in his new Lake Washington home.

Come on BillG show me the money.

Well I don't know what your contract with MS for Comic Sans is, so I can't really speculate, but here's hoping you see some "cha-ching" Vince!

Corbis is owned by Bill Gates, has no direct connection with Microsoft as far as I'm aware.

I can confirm that Veer pays Microsoft exactly the same royalty as everyone that produces Helvetica t-shirts pays to Linotype.

Cheers, Si

i can't see the shirt as i'm not in the US, can someone post a pic? (and can veer please not putting these blocks up?)

Yeah the block is annoying. I'm sure I'm not the only one who tends to hop back and forth between the continents.
