“A tramp printer was a typesetting troubadour who came to town with a story in lieu of a song — an itinerant scholar and a master of the typecase. To the tramp printers, freedom and the open road were far more valuable than material possessions.”
A book about Swiss graphic designer Rosemarie Tissi.
“In our view, she brought funk into modernism. With typographic solutions, color and rythm she has created powerful and playful design since the 1950’s.”

“Unicode 14.0 adds 838 characters, for a total of 144,697 characters. These additions include 5 new scripts, for a total of 159 scripts, as well as 37 new emoji characters.

The new scripts and characters in Version 14.0 add support for lesser-used languages and unique written requirements worldwide, including numerous symbols additions. Funds from the Adopt-a-Character program provided support for some of these additions.”
