It looks like the original design is Chelsea Type by Walter Haettenschweiler or Rubens by Bob Trogman. or Duerer by the the Boston Type Foundry.

There are some decent cuts out there, but they all seem to be derived from some OptiFonts version (perhaps not all of them).
