Need helping matching a possible custom font (Plaza)

Hi guys, 

 

I have a low quality picture of a simple logo that I need to replicate so that a vector copy exists. However, I havent been able to find what font was used, which is leading me to believe that it is possibly a custom font.

 

First of all, does anyone have a clue what font this is if it is a font?

And if not, is there anything that looks similar enough?

 

EDIT: I realise after writing this that it somewhat looks like I am attempting to steal the logo. The company has been up and running and using this font for a few years already, we have just lost the originals and the designer is no longer in business.

Not exactly the same, but i think it will be close enough if I squish it a bit horizontally. Thanks:)
