It’s custom. The Q tail as well as all the rounded corners. I won’t recommend any fonts like that. It’s a terrible terrible trend.

We are hoping to change it but first we have to show a different name in same font

Really hard to guess the original shape beyond those changes. Was the same font maybe used elsewhere for the product where there were no modifications.
