Is this jazz age deco style type from the Cotton Club poster a font?

The best match I could find is Binner Gothic or Bougainville (the latter has a different |f|), neither one feature such a peculiar |w|:

Riccardo you are a life saver! The OPTI version I have is actually an exact match, complete with weird w. I was just about to go with Grafika as a substitute but it is too extreme, so you really rescued me here. I kiss you through my computer!
